The Power In Me is one of PPI’s flagship youth empowerment initiatives designed to help young people recognize the value, abilities and potential that already exist within them.
The project addresses a fundamental challenge:
Many young people have potential, but lack the awareness, confidence, guidance and environment needed to identify and develop it.
The PPI Transformation Model
I AM → I CAN → I HAVE POTENTIAL → I HAVE PURPOSE → I CAN CREATE IMPACT
Participants are encouraged to understand:
- Who am I?
- What am I capable of?
- What are my strengths?
- What makes me different?
- What problem can I solve?
- What kind of future can I build?
How It Works
The program combines:
- Personal development sessions
- Talent and potential discovery
- Purpose and vision development
- Mentorship
- Practical life skills
- Leadership development
- Interactive discussions
- Reflection and personal action planning
Why It Matters
PPI believes that empowering young people begins with helping them recognize that they are not merely recipients of opportunities—they can also become creators, innovators, problem-solvers and contributors to their communities.
Our Goal
To help young people move:
From Survival → to Self-Awareness → to Strategy → to Purpose → to Impact.
